What happened?

When using disguise near NPC vampire hunters, you would expect the hunters to be neutral to you or ignore you, unless they have already aggro'd you, as if you were a hunter or unaligned player. This is not the case, instead they will still notice and attack you.

Reproduce steps

To reproduce:
1: Load into a world
2: Become a vampire
3: Level up until you unlock the disguise ability
4: Find a hunter that is far enough that it has not agro'd on you.
5: Disguise and approach hunter while disguise still active.
6: Either flee or be involved in a horrible death, as the hunter will attack you
