[Bug]: Quests only remove exact stacks of items when completion, and some minor issues/suggestions

What happened?

When you have a requirement of 16 blocks of gold for a quest, have a stack of 17 blocks of gold can complete the quest and get the reward, but those 17 blocks of gold will stay in your inventory.
This also happens with vampire books, pure blood bottles, etc.

Not related but, representatives seem to have fixed amount of rows for quests to spawn, a representative with 2 rows of quests will not become a 3 rows. I ended up killing all non 3 rows and stored multiple 3 rows representatives like vanilla villagers for minion quests.
Another thing, entities spawn inside one block holes while they are clearly more than one block tall, causing them suffocate or stuck.
Lastly, the vampire fog produced by totems seem to randomly disappear for split seconds when the area becoming very large and you are moving around on the edges (not actually outside) causing you randomly leave bat mode (the whole area is chunk loaded).

Also could the werewolves addon do the same smart IMob thing? could minions also target normal hostiles in defend area mode for protecting vanilla/modded villagers?

Reproduce steps

  1. Load a world, join a faction and find a representative, get a quest that requires items or vampire books.
  2. Try complete the quest with not exact amount of items or random vampire books.
  3. Observe the result, and try again with exact amount of items and generic vampire books.
