Issue Description

Night vision potions and anything that applies the night vision potion effect stops working if vampirism is installed. Regardless of config settings.

Reproduce Steps

With Vampirism installed, drink a night vision potion

Additional Information

Having night vision effect applied before vampirism is install, will retain the effect after vampirism is installed, but potions still remain unable to apply the effect.
