Reduce ghost spawn (a lot), lower gold price for altars, increase blood regen timer.

Things left todo

• Check new balance
• add changes to the 1.8 branch aswell

Since the 1.8 release will probably be a rewrite anyway. This issue shouldn't affect 1.8 directly ->closing it.
