Issue Description

When a Hunter/Vampire shifts while wearing a Hunter Hat (either/all types) the hat will remain in position floating in the air.

Reproduce Steps

Start a default Minecraft world, go into creative mode, put a Hunter Hat on in the helmet slot, go into third person view and look at yourself while shifting.
