Issue Description

Binding actions to keys doesnt work correclty after relog.
the first action will be deleted, the second action replaces the first one.
both server and single player

Reproduce Steps

• bind actions via the command /vampirism bind-action 1 action

• bind second action

• try if they work

• log out/close singleplayer world

• log in /start singleplayer world

try first and second action
