[Bug] Cascading worldgen lag

Issue Description

When playing on my server i get this message:
[22:53:42] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Vampirism loaded a new chunk [-14, -13] in dimension 0 (overworld) while populating chunk [-13, -13], causing cascading worldgen lag.
[22:53:42] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Please report this to the mod's issue tracker. This log can be disabled in the Forge config.

Reproduce Steps

I only get the message when playing my private modpack...

Thank you for reporting this.
However, even though this is not good, it does not create too much lag. And because worldgen will is being reworked in 1.14 anyways, I won't spend time to track this down.
