What would you like to have changed or added to Vampirism

Add a short Nausea II effect to Enhanced Holy Water and add a short Blindness effect to Special Holy Water an top of the Nausea II effect.

Does this make the mod experience more balanced?

Yes. Splash Potion of Enhanced/Special Holy Water is currently not very effective: It cannot be stacked and there is no way to automate it's production (due to requiring a Hunter Skill and having to brew it by hand to be effective).
This Feature Request will incentivize Hunter Players to not store Special Holy Water for creating Improved Garlic Diffusers in addition to making the decisions for "Purified Garlic or Enhanced Holy Water[1]" skill a more difficult and exciting choice.

Additional Information

[1]: Currently the only difference between Normal Holy Water and Enhanced Holy Water is the small difference in damage whereas with Purified Garlic brought Garlic III and Blindness in addition to the already active effects.

This goes very well with Issue #475
