Blinding Bat spawn infinitly in Vampire Biome

Vanillia Minecraft should theoretically prevent this so I only have two ideas:
- Another mod modifies the spawn algorithm
- The bats fly into areas which are not taken into consideration for spawning (although they should despawn then, I think)
