[Feature] Config option to disable guide book on spawn

What would you like to have changed or added to Vampirism
I would like the ability to disable giving the player the guide book on spawn, specifically so it can be included in the Akashic Tome without having a duplicate.
Does this make the mod experience more balanced?
In my case it doesn't change the game balance at all.
Can you provide additional resources (etc. textures or models)
