The book for this mode from the Guide-API Village and Pillage: 1.16.3-2.2.0 mod has broken text formatting that makes the book unreadable.

Install Guide-API Village and Pillage, open the book, go to the vampire section, go to leveling, then go to page 4-9 and you should see it

Fixed in the next version.
The hunter -> vamp slayer section had issues to.

Until then you can assume that it should only be "To reach level 5+".
