I am on a multiplayer server and it seems every time someone dies we get a crash. Flight with bat mode also does not work. I thought they may be linked due to the crash having ties to the creative flight functions.

It seems the crash was due to a mod called Coin of Flight and the glitched flight was also because of the mod.
