What would you like to have changed or added to Vampirism

My idea is for vampire/hunter players who build near other structures and still want the effects of a village to be present near their structures/area but not encroach on other people's properties in a server environment (or just aesthetically), to be able to edit the range and possibly the terraforming created by the totems. This could be done by providing an in-game gui when interacting with a village totem while in the same faction as the totem, possibly with a level restriction such as lord. I would think that making either the radius or area affected by the totem a slider or number input (I'm not sure if this is chunk-based or not), and maybe providing a map of the area affected. The introduction of this system could also lead to other features like lord village ownership and control, village border expansion quests/upgrades, town trade/kingdoms, and patrol setup (like how minions can be directed to guard an area).

Does this make the mod experience more balanced?

I believe it would add a great deal of flexibility to the town aspect of the mod and provide a bonus to both hunters and vampires, and add more functionality for servers and the like.

Can you provide additional resources (etc. textures or models)

Probably, but I don't know how to make gui textures/how they are implemented

In general the effects of the totem are bound to the village size and it would cause confusion if parts of the village are not affected I think. Therefore, there isn't anything configurable on the totem.
A potential future "fog machine" might use a fog distance GUI though.
