Incompatibility with Lithostitched (Integrations specific)

Issue Description:

Crash on creation of world with Lithostitched installed. Likely caused by a error relating to CTOV village generation. (CTOV villages was not installed in this testing modlist. Testing was done in a enviroment with just Lithostitched, vampirism, and Integrations installed.

Reproduce Steps:

  1. install Lithostitched (Tested on version 1.4.11), Vampirism, and Integrations.
  2. In the main menu, click singleplayer than click Create New World.

Additional Information: I believe the crash to be related to the following error.

Installing CTOV resolves the crash. Possible presence check issue?
