CTOV village does not spawn hunter trainers or totens

I went to 3 villages and didn't find the vampire hunter (even though I set the spawn chances at 100%) and I also didn't find any village totems

Issue Description

arrived at the village, I looked for the hunter, I didn't find him, I looked for the village totem and I didn't find it either
