Issue description
Currently on the 1.21.1 version of the mod, MoreVanillaLib and MoreVanillaTools are required dependencies even though they are listed as optional.
Steps to reproduce
Install VanillaAIOTs 21.1.0 on a fresh MC 1.21.1 Neoforge install
Start the game
Startup fails because of missing dependencies
