I know this is technically an issue involving something outside of the mod itself, but it might be important for improving the overall code and making it more compatible with other mods.

I'm using the FTB Cotton modpack which adds a biome mod called Terrestria, and even though the excavator still digs through single blocks of Andisol fine (a dirt-like block that can be dug with shovels), it does not dig in a 3x3 grid like it does for diggable vanilla blocks.

Do you know any particular reason this might be?
