Issue description

This hammer double the item that I break using hammer,
Also I am aware the hammer will drop same material as what kind of hammer it is.
However it drop 5pieces of the material everytime we break the block.

Other information

For me it is too OP for survival server, which make people can easily duplicate item
and get more diamond, netherite by making diamond and netherite hammer.

Can you fix this or at least allow us to setting it in config?
So people can set it th way they want it.
