I was performing some simple tests to try and break the mod;

If you die at the bottom of a 1x1 hole with a ladder all the way to the top no death chest will spawn, and all of your items will be deleted from the world.

I'm using VanillaDeathChest 1.14-1.9.2.1-Fabric with default configs.
