Vanished players have Default Skin after rejoining

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join the server
2. Vanish
3. Leave the server
4. Join the server
5. Unvanish

The Tablist name also doesn't reappear after unvanishing.

Other players joining after you have unvanished do not see the Default Skin and they see the name in the Tablist.

Im using Fabric 0.6.1.51 for Minecraft 1.16.4 with Velocity 1.1.2 and mods:
