What happened?

I have the 1.18.2 version not the 1.19.2 version, wouldn't allow me to select it.
I have a DeceasedCraft server and I added the .jar into the mods folder but no config folders have created in the config folder or the defaultconfig folder. Also in game I don't see the enchantment either in creative mode or in JEI mod menu

How do you trigger this bug?

The config back in that version should be located in the serverconfig folder in your world folder. I don't quite remember if it not appearing in the creative mode/JEI list was addressed in that version or not, but you can check for its existence by using the vanilla enchanting command to enchant it on a pickaxe /enchant <player> veinmining:vein_mining.
