Can you update to 1.13.2?

ViaVersion and ViaBackwards dev versions work on 1.13.2, but ViaRewind is not working.

[23:59:37 INFO]: Satisfxction lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.RuntimeException: An internal error occured.

The latest dev build does work with the newest ViaVersion and ViaBackwards builds.
