1.7 clients are timed out shortly after login

What is the output link of /viaversion dump?

The kick message is "Timed out", but they get this on the chat first:

Seems like a problem with signs and tab. Deleting BungeeServerSigns and Essentials solves the issue.
Im unsure if its even any of those as I dont use them: #181
The problem possibly still lies within the plugin.
