Im having trouble with players connecting https://paste.gg/p/anonymous/40ef1afadbc94a97aff240d5ced26287

How can we reproduce it?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Versions lower than 1.12.2
2. Click on '....'
3. The '[Proxy] Lost connection to the server ' is displayed wrong

Expected behaviour
That a player can connect from 1.8-1.16 onto the network

Yes we are using bungeecord, all of our server are running Paper 1.12.2
