Bug Description

On 1.8, using purpur slabs works, but stairs and blocks are marked as air and players are glitching in them.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login with 1.8 client.
  2. Get purpur stairs/block.
  3. Place it.
  4. Try to walk on it.

Expected Behavior

Purpur stairs should be visible as quartz stairs, and people shouldn't bug in it.
Purpur blocks should be visible as quartz stairs, and people shouldn't bug in it.

Additional Server Info

ViaBackwards says that it's 2 commits behind a master, but I've downloaded the newest file and it shows the same thing.

Checklist

  • Via plugins are only running on EITHER the backend servers (e.g. Paper) OR the proxy (e.g. BungeeCord), not on both.
  • I have included a ViaVersion dump.
