Describe the bug, provide any errors
It doesn't appear any error, the error is that when you drop a block in 1.7.x or 1.8.x the image is a stone block, if you pick it, its the same block/item that you dropped, but the image is not the item/block that you dropped. No error in console.

How can we reproduce it?
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a server with a 1.8.8 spigot.
2. Join with 1.7.x or 1.8.x to the server and get a block
3. Drop the block and a stone block will appear.

Expected behaviour
It should drop the block that it is.
