Bug Description

Using a splash instant health potion doesn't work (it does not give health back)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to a 1.8.8 papermc server
2. Go in survival mode
3. Make sure you are at a point where you can get health again
4. Splash an instant health potion

Expected Behavior

Doesn't heal you

I am also using Flamecord with plugins AdvancedBan, AuthMeBungee, Bmsg, BungeeGuard, BungeeHub, BungeeWhiteList, BuycraftX, KauriVPN, LuckPerms, movemenow, Pl-Hide-Pro, protocolize-bungeecord, protocolize-legacy-bungeecord, SkinsRestorer, TAB

• I have looked at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/viarewind-legacy-support.52924/ and it does not offer a fix for my problem

Please try the latest build(s) from https://ci.viaversion.com/. In case the issue still persists send the new dump

Floodgate and GeyserMC are also added at this moment, this issue did not have Geyser when submitted

Neither of those plugins should affect your issue.
