Bug Description

Joining a 1.19 server on a 1.7.10 client through a Waterfall proxy with Vi/a Version. Vi/a Rewind, and Vi/a Backwards installed (none are installed on the actual server) leads to the error

Steps to Reproduce

Example:
Turn on your computer
Download files: PaperMC, Waterfall, Your three plugins, and some more crap
Jerry-rig the proxy and the server together with black magic
Wave a magic wand at the setup and wait for it to start
Install Java then Minecraft Launcher then Minecraft version 1.7.10 (it has to be exactly Vanilla 1.7.10)
Join the server and the error message will be staring into your soul with the inscription: "com.viaversion.viaversion.exception.InformativeException"

Expected Behavior

Server should be joined and all appear to be functional
E.g. Server no error, server work functional

Yes, I of course use a proxy, any dummie should know that
