Bug Description

When you place a block, no matter what block is, does not reproduce the sound of placing it.
Something i realise if you remove ViaRewind-Legacy it does not appear any error on console but the bug is still there
I made 2 videos, one on 1.12.2 and another on 1.16.5 (server version)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a 1.12.2 or 1.16.5 server (for example)
Put all via plugins (ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, ViaRewind-Legacy)
Enter on 1.8.9 minecraft version
Place a block

Expected Behavior

I expected the sound of the block i place

Additional Server Info

These are simple servers that are created in a minute or so. Nothing special and only with Via plugins, nothing more added.

Checklist

Via plugins are only running on EITHER the backend servers (e.g. Paper) OR the proxy (e.g. BungeeCord), not on both.
I have included a ViaVersion dump.
If applicable, I have included a paste (not a screenshot) of the error.
I have tried the latest build(s) from https://ci.viaversion.com/ and the issue still persists.
I have looked at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/viarewind-legacy-support.52924/ and it does not offer a fix for my problem
