Being in a loaded chunk with entity riding another will disconnect a 1.8.X client on a 1.21.3

Steps to Reproduce

Login
Be in a loaded area of a entity riding another
get kicked

Expected Behavior

Login
Not get disconnected

The other plugins I have are:
AdvancedBackups, Chunky, SkinsRestorer, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, ViaVersion

I have included a ViaVersion dump.
If applicable, I have included a paste (not a screenshot) of the error.
I have tried the latest build(s) from https://ci.viaversion.com/ and the issue still persists.
