Bug Description

With the latest 4.0.8 release, if a 1.7 user dies no matter how, they get a duplicate second death screen after respawning from the first one, meaning they essentially need to respawn twice. The first death screen actually respawns them and the second one is only visually there. Please fix this as soon as possible!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to any server running any plugins using a 1.7 client, such as Lunar Client 1.7.10
2. Jump into lava
3. Try to respawn by clicking "Respawn" in the death screen

Expected Behavior

There should only be one death screen.

Please update all Via* plugins from https://ci.viaversion.com/.In case the issue still persists send the new dump and the issue will be reopened
