Bug Description

I install viaversion viabackwards viarewind on my velocity server,other version such as 1.8 1.9 and so is OK, but 1.7 - 1.7.10 enter the velocity server would cannot enter the server and return bad packet id 32. I try browse relevant information on google but I am not found. So sad. I thought it maybe a bug.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Install the lastest version Viaversion, Viabackwards, Viarewind on velocity server.
2.Use 1.7 - 1.7.10 version enter the server.

Expected Behavior

It would return a bad packet id 32.

I use a velocity, and paper, viaversion and viabackwards

• I have included a ViaVersion dump.
• If applicable, I have included a paste (not a screenshot) of the error.
• I have tried the latest build(s) from https://ci.viaversion.com/ and the issue still persists.
• I have looked at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/viarewind-legacy-support.52924/ and it does not offer a fix for my problem

Please update all Via* plugins from https://ci.viaversion.com/.In case the issue still persists send the new dump and the issue will be reopened

Now I have updated all the viaversion plugins on the address you provided, but I still cannot enter my proxy server using version 1.7.2. It still prompts Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 32
