Bug Description

I have an item with all ItemFlags set, but it still shows the attributes for version 1.8, while in 1.21.8 everything works as expected.

In addition, I have a message with a hover event that appears differently in 1.8 than it did in 1.21.8:

Steps to Reproduce

Send the item or component.

Expected Behavior

The item info and component are the same in both versions.

Yes, it happens in 1.9. Sorry for this, first it had happened in 1.8 so I opened it here on ViaRewind, then I tested it on 1.9 and decided to open it on ViaBackwards

I see, yeah just let us know. We can transfer issues between repositories if needed (usually do that ourselves when we notice).
