Chunk Loading on the Client Side seems to fail.

On clients containing VCore, chunks don't load properly, often requiring 3 world restarts for the game to work correctly.
Expected cause: Chunk Override code likely interferes with either other mods or with vanilla.
Solution: Change chunk override system to be less obstructive.
