Have you considered adding a CHANGELOG.md? Would make it easier to see the changes in different releases compared to the commit history. Especially if commits don't make much sense standalone or are just some "internal" code cleanups/improvements.

On Curseforge I see you did add a change summary for 1.0.1 - that would be a good format!

Thanks for the suggestion, not a bad idea but I actually don't plan to add updates for it cause in my eyes it is pretty feature complete. I will fix bugs and update to major mc versions but that's it.
