Description of your suggestion.

There are some missing features from old version, that are needed:

1. Mission cooldown (very much needed to prevent power farming) - most important.
2. Minimum villager level.

Also, would be nice to have automatic display of tasks and rewards with item icons and tooltips in vilalger quest dialog window.
