I dont know how to create datapack with quests inside. Can u help me how to do it

İ know how to create quest. İ just want every villager to give quests when i found a new village or created another world.

Since version 1.1.0 it is depending on ftb quests which has an ingame quest editor.
If you don't know how to create a quest within ftb quests, there is some info you can look up on the world wide web.
