Here is a JAR that supports 1.21.4 (taken from the latest dev commit). You can unzip it into your mods folder (zipped due to GitHub restrictions).

Important
This is a developer build and is NOT fully tested, use at your own risk. The developer is aware of lighting issues in the new blockstate inventory, please do not open multiple bug reports about it.
EDIT: The mod crashes/disconnects in multiplayer, will only work in singleplayer for now
