Cannot connect to unmodded MP servers on NeoForge 1.21.1

After installing the NeoForge version, you will not be able to connect to any non-modded server.
This doesn't happen when using the Fabric version of the mod.
Mod list (Neo base + VisualOverhaul & its dependency)
