I have the same issue on fabric

I can confirm, i have the same problem, with this mod EMI doesnt work well

confirming that this is still a problem, at least here on fabric 1.21.1

Still an issue with EMI on 1.21.1 neoforge, the mod also breaks the + button for standard recipe transfer, as well as the craft to cursor/inventory functions
