Crashes MC Launcher + Fabric when loaded. When I open MC Launcher again it gives a "1" exit code. Mods using:

Is this due to conflicting mods or an issue with fabric or visuality?

For more information: i removed Visuality and it worked just fine, with each of the mods. I'm not sure if it's me using a wrong version of visuality or conflicting mods.

I also realized I forgot to add this: hardware specs are Intel i7 CPU with integrated Intel UHD620 graphics. 16gb of ram (about 4gb of which are dedicated to minecraft).

You are trying to use 1.18.2 version of the mod on 1.19.2, you need 1.19.2 version which is 0.5.1(https://modrinth.com/mod/visuality/version/0.5.1), also you need cloth config(https://modrinth.com/mod/cloth-config/version/8.2.88%2Bfabric)
