On MacOS, VirtualBox has trouble enabling audio drivers on any VM but a MacOS VM. So maybe have the audio optional (maybe, for example, adding a "speaker" object).

Thing is, they'd have to make a driver (by they, i mean @Delta2Force) and put it in minecraft. It would be very hard, but good idea.
