Black screen on vm

When i turn on the vm it just is a black screen, what can i do to fix it

Can you send your log after it happens? So encounter this bug, exit the game, and upload .minecraft/logs/latest.log to pastebin and send the link

I think that you're trying to use the mod using a snapshot version of minecraft, you need to use Minecraft 1.16.3.
