Describe the bug
Debug messages appear on the client, and are not toggleable in the config.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get yourself to respawn/go through a nether portal with related settings enabled
2. A message like "Respawn completed in 16.57ms" will show up in actionbar.

Expected behavior
Such debug options should be toggleable and off by default.

Runtime info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 7 7601 (not os-specific, other users confirmed)
• Minecraft version: 1.19.2
• Mod version: 0.2.0+beta.7.1 devbuild for 1.19.2
