Not sure if it's even your end, but the dimension never loads and crashes the game with Ice and Fire on/installed. I know that they are working on a dimension for their mod, and based on the crash reports I think that might be where the conflict lies? (I also thought it broke the portal too, but it turns out the portal not igniting is a separate issue.)
