UI textures missing

as you might be able to tell I'm missing all of the UI textures. Buttons, Hotbar, Potion Effects and whatever else there is. Not the inventory though, that still exists.
Pressing F3+T fixes that.
The logs don't show any errors.

This is my current mod list, but all the sodium stuff would be replaced with vulkanmod.
You have a lot of rendering related mods installed, it's probably one of them causing the issue. Take a look at the incompatible mods list, it doesn't nearly all incompatible mods, but it should give you an idea for what to look for.
I just did so. Most of the incompatibilities cause crashes. The non-crashing list is very small and doesn't include any of the mods I listed.
