VulkanMod is incompatible with arm64 linux distributions.

Describe the bug
VulkanMod detects arm64 linux host as ANDROID and tries to load bioniclibc libs making it unable to run.
Distribution: Asahi Linux
Cpu: apple M1
Steps to reproduce
- Run Minecraft with VulkanMod on a arm64 linux host.

I checked the code and it seems to be a problem on my side. Gotta investigate it further later, please dont close this issue.
