Describe the request

Currently, VulkanMod only supports Vulkan WSI presentation, which is incompatible with modern Windows graphics features (AutoHDR, DirectSR, Flip Model, MPO, HDR/ACM/WCG, VRR/DRR, etc.), and the drivers provide compatibility via hacking (WSI layered on DXGI) resulting in a serious performance loss. So consider implementing native DXGI presentation.
