As you notice and see here in the log the waila features mod and natura are indeed not compatible.

Whet the used version of the mods(of all the relevant ones) , minecraft (is this 1.7.10, 1.8.9, ...) and forge are

1.7.10 it should list all the mods in the log aswell in the plugins active section

ive removed waila features and the issue was resolved btw
