[1.16.1] Currently harvastable tooltip is wrong says block is always harvestable when for example using a wooden pickaxe.

This is not the case on the 1.15.2 version though, there it works like normal.

Minecraft: 1.16.1
HWYLA: 1.10.10-B77_1.16.1
Waila Harvestability: mc1.16.1-forge-1.1.12
Forge: 32.0.106
